As long as there is a community, there is an authority to impose rules and obligations on the individuals through its institutions. As the community grows so the complexity of the institutions that govern the behaviour of the individuals grows. As the religion gets more systematised through developing more elaborate rituals and dogma, it transforms to an institution that an authority cannot dismiss.
As in every conflict, several different camps around Israel and Hamas. Countries like the US, Qatar and Egypt out of necessity are involved closely in the conflict. However, the majority of the other countries, whether they are sympathetic to the self-defence right of Israel or not, kept a safe distance not to be closely involved, except one country - Turkey.
Political circles in the West that are unwilling to make necessary investment on their military production relentlessly voice their wish for the peace talks. What they do not realise is that President Putin still waits for the most opportune conditions for the negotiations which is the surrender of Ukraine.
History doesn't repeat itself exactly but similarities may be observed. In the past Nazis were torturing, raping and forcibly deporting the people under its occupation. Today Russia is accused of similar atrocities.
