On the morning of January 25, in the self-proclaimed Kyiv District Court of the city of Simferopol, a hearing was held in the case of six Crimean Tatars that were illegally arrested on January 24 - Ekrem Krosh, Ayder Asanov, Refat Seydametov, Osman Abdurazakov, Khalil Mambetov, and Leman Zekeryaev.

Dozens of people came to support their compatriots outside the courthouse.

Later, a car of russian guards and two tinted buses with the occupation police drove up.

The occupiers began to use force against the activists who were waiting for the verdict of the court. As a result, 30 Crimean Tatar activists were detained, including 2 citizen journalists of Crimean Solidarity, who were broadcasting live from the scene of the events.
