The video shows a mobilization point in the Russian-occupied Crimean capital, the city of Aqmescit (Simferopol). Queues lined up at the buses that have been picking up conscripts since 5 am. The mobilization point is located at the crossing of Sevastopolska Street and Uchebnyi Lane, right next to the CEPU (the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University). It is called the "Tatar university" in the city because more than 80% of the university's students are Crimean Tatars.
