UA South journalist sentenced to three days in detention

During his detention near the Supreme Court of Crimea building, he was charged with another offence under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Russian Federation's Code of Administrative Offenses ("disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer").

Today, the Simferopol Zheleznodorozhny District Court reviewed the protocol under Article 19.3 of the Russian Federation's Code of Administrative Offenses and placed Rolan Osmanov under administrative arrest for three days.

He will spend them at the Zheleznodorozhny police department's city prison centre. The second protocol will be reviewed in the Kyivsky district court of Simferopol tomorrow.
