Kirill Stremousov, a representative of the administration of the occupiers in the Kherson Region, addressed the russian federation with a proposal to deploy a russian military base in the region.

"There should be a military base of the rederation in the Kherson region," said Stremousov. "We will ask for it, and the whole population is interested in it." According to him, russia should become a guarantor of security in the region.
